Phoenix Healing Center is located in Sparks MD. just minutes from I-83, 10 miles north of Hunt Valley. We are currently offering appointments in our office, in your home or in the hospital.

Touch is such a vital part of our physical and mental well being. As we become more disconnected as a society it becomes more apparent how important touch is to help alleviate stress improve focus and stay connected to what is happening internally for us.

When we find ourselves facing illness it is even more important, because so much of the touch that we receive during those times is clinical and does not tend to be soothing or supportive.

My intention is to support you wherever you are on your journey. Whether it is a better way to handle stress or to give a respite from fighting disease or a diagnosis of cancer.

Massage & Reiki have more benefits than we completely know; what we do understand is that both these modalities are a great way to stay grounded, relieve anxiety and stress, help manage pain, improve sleep and create a sense of overall well being and connectedness.

We serve the Baltimore metropolitan area as well as Baltimore County, Harford County and Carroll County. The office is easily accessible from the I-83 but located in a serene country setting. I work with people in all stages of wellness or illness. Each session is tailored to the clients specific needs.
