I received my initial training from the Baltimore School of Massage in 1999-2000. During my training I came to realize how nurturing and supportive massage could be during times of illness and injury.

Upon graduation I furthered my studies in classes for Massage for the Elderly and Frail, Muscle Release Therapy, Pregnancy Massage and I am trained and certified to work with people living with a diagnosis of cancer.

I have also received Hospice training from Gilchrist Hospice. I have worked with many conditions including Fibromyalgia, Parkinson's, Scoliosis, Migraines and injury resulting from car accidents.

I have also completed all three levels of Reiki training making me a Reiki Master as well as a year long advanced healing course and I am currently enrolled in a heart and soul healing classes.
